Solo Hire a Warbird

Once you've flown a Chipmunk we know you'll want to come back for more and more. That's why we've made it possible for you to fly Chipmunk WD292 all year round!

Based on the principles of a flying group you'll pay a monthly contribution of £180 towards the insurance, hangarage and annual costs of Chipmunk WD292.

You'll be able to book her our out online as and when you like, providing an owner or other member hasn't already done so. You'll also get to meet other members and owners and maybe find a new flying buddy. There are no limits on the days, frequency or duration of your flights

Solo hirer's will be subject to the following requirements.

• 150 logged hours
• Tail Wheel Conversion
• Check Flight with our instructor
• Annual check flight with our instructor

Inexperiened pilots will be subject to additional requirements and restrictions until they have more than 10hrs solo on Chipmunk WD292
